As promised, we've uploaded two new recipe videos that make use of extra egg whites. If you're anything like us, you're likely to have extra egg whites after all your holiday baking, so these two recipes are a great way to put those egg whites to delicious use. Be sure to try our recipe for herbed ricotta gnocchi puff and my mom's flourless almond chocolate cake (which can also be made using pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, or whatever other nut you favor).
