As a Culinary Tours Early Access Member, we want to share our Italy tour schedule for May and June 2022, before sending out an email blast to our 20,000 newsletter subscribers—this way you have first dibs on booking before our tours fill up.

Additionally, we want to tell you about a new tour date we just added for 2021.  Our Puglia & Beyond tour for September 12-18, 2021 quickly sold out, so we’ve added another week: September 19-25, 2021 is now open if you want to join us this year.

Our Tuscany & Beyond tour from September 26-October 2, 2021 still has a few openings. Bonus: we’ve added a chocolate tasting that is going to be out of this world, and if that isn't enough, it will be followed by a gelato lesson!.

We’ll be opening up reservations to our newsletter subscribers in a few days and expect to have very high demand for next year, given that tourism to Italy has been on hold for 18 months. Our Italian vendors tell us that reservations for 2022 are already at an all-time high: people are eager to return to Italy and are reserving the spring season in record numbers.

Please don't wait to reserve your spots if you're sure you want to join us—we book fast and about a quarter of the people who want to join us on our tours cannot be accommodated due to limited space.
