Four New Video Recipes
Back from two memorable weeks in Puglia and Tuscany, we are more inspired than ever to create mouthwatering content for this members-only site.
Now that the weather is starting to get blustery, some comfort food is in order. And for us, there is little more comforting than a few buttery cookies to accompany our afternoon cappuccino. So we offer you two of our favorite recipes: one for almond vanilla crescents and one for chocolate thumbprint cookies. Both cookies are made from the same rich, crumbly dough, which saves time, especially if you want to bake a large batch for holiday gift giving; the difference is in the shaping and baking. Watch the video all the way through to learn to make both, and let us know which version you favor.
Another soothing recipe: our easy five-minute pasta sauce pairing radicchio and Mascarpone cheese; just delicious with fresh Ricotta gnocchi, but equally tasty with reginette or other egg pasta.
And finally, we filmed our popular chicken in honey and balsamic glaze, perfect on a fall evening, especially with a side of polenta. When we ran our NYC cooking school, this was hands-down the most requested main course we cooked with groups in hands-on cooking events. Do try it and let us know how you like it! Tip: Make a double batch of sauce and freeze it to spoon over pan-fried chicken or veal cutlets when time is short.

New Videos from Italy
Feel like dreaming of Italy? Watch our brief videos of the four beautiful areas we visit on our culinary tours: Liguria (May 8-14, 2022), Sicily & Calabria (September 28-October 6, 2022), Tuscany, Umbria, & The Marches (June 4-11, 2022) and Puglia & Basilicata (May 22-28 & September 18-24, 2022). Since we emailed you last, our September tour to Tuscany sold out (June is still open), and our two Puglia tours are almost full, so if you want to join us in 2022 don't wait to reserve!
We look forward to hearing which recipes you try at home this month... Happy cooking and buon appetito! Micol and Dino
