Blog Launch & More
It’s been a busy month for us here! We put the finishing touches on our culinary tours to Italy for this fall and next year, filmed several new recipes (more on that below!), and were interviewed for the summer issue of Tastes of Italia Magazine (you can read the article by clicking through to our home page www.rusticocooking.com and access the pdf there). We’ve also been developing our brand new blog, a not-so-small undertaking because like everything we offer, we want it to be beautiful and informative. In the first post, I tell you how I converted my fish-indifferent husband into a fish lover with one simple recipe you can easily make at home. I don’t know what I’ll talk about in the next blog post: perhaps my passion for all things sourdough, or a special place in Italy, or a technique that’s often overlooked in the kitchen.
